What's covered

Every PIEZANO product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in normal home use: heating elements that fail, controls that stop responding, a stone that arrives cracked, missing parts.

What's not

• Normal wear, staining of the stone (that's seasoning — wear it proudly)
• Damage from drops, liquid immersion of the electrical base, or outdoor exposure
• A stone broken by thermal shock — never take a hot stone to water
• Commercial or restaurant use

Claims

Email ciao@piezano.net with your order number and a photo. Most claims resolve with a free replacement part within days.
