Not the pizza life for you? Return any item within 30 days of delivery in resalable condition — original packaging where possible — for a full refund.

Email ciao@piezano.net with your order number, or start the return directly from your Amazon orders page — both routes work, whichever is easier.

Refund timing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds hit the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
